Ella was great. She helped us in many aspects with our questions or being able to find answers to our questions in a timely fashion. She was also able to guide us in what she thought we would like, and she was not ever wrong. Our process as a whole was challenging going to different locations and settling on something different than what we were first looking for. As well as guiding and helping us through a closing process that was quite challenging, she stuck around to help us and was able to reach out to our lender and get a response from them, because at times it felt like they were not wanting to work with us. Overall it was challenging but Ella made it reassuring to know something would get done and we would find a property we would like.
